Update the tooltip text as follows for 'Feature the Rebate' and 'Cashback' field.

FEATURE THE REBATE tool tip: Publish this offer in prominent space within the homepage. This is the first thing a user views when they open the application.
CASHBACK tool tip : This is the amount you will payout for every approved submission.
